All the 10¢ Bank Notes prior to the re-engraved issue are almost impossible to find in choice, well centered mint condition, and the 10¢ National is no exception. And while the occasional used jumbo turns up, the term "mint jumbo" would seem to be an oxymoron. Hence my (delighted surprise, excitement) upon seeing this example. The question immediately arose, are there any other choice large margined mint 10¢ Nationals. A thorough review of the Philatelic Foundation's records turned up a population of exactly one!
