A dramatic mint example from an issue not at all known for superb high values. The color is the deepest we have ever seen on this stamp and is perfectly contrasted by the brilliance of the margins. And what margins! Reviewing all examples we could locate, including every one certified by the Philatelic Foundation, we found no other mint single that came close to having such large and balanced margins on all four sides.
