First Three Revenue Issues, valuable collection on album pages, the First Issue is missing only 11 imperfs, 16 part-perfs and one perf (guess which one), the Second Issue is missing the $20, $200 and $500, the Third Issue is complete; there are also some later Documentaries and Proprietaries including. RB16c; condition is much better than average, thought the "keys" frequently have inconspicuous faults, still plenty of VF stamps and all clean and fresh. Owner's 1989 Scott cat. value is over $17,000. By now, the cat. value is probably over $25,000.00.

First Issue Revenue Dealer's Stock, approximately 200 stamps between R1a/R102a, R1b/R65b, R2c/R102c plus several "Silk" papers, all identified with retail prices on small counter book pages. Many better stamps including mostly four margin imperforates, R5c double transfer (T5), R21c (2) and a 6¢ Proprietary R31c which is centered to the UL and has the usual faults endemic to the issue, some others with the usual small flaws as well as dubious examples, however, the lot is far better than usually encountered, please allow time for proper evaluation as a very rough catalogue value comes to about $18,500.
