Chile Early 20th Century Covers to France, group of 13 covers, 9 of which are Registered, from a 1910-11 business correspondence between Santiago and Versailles, excellent range of rates and frankings, six being on 2¢ stamped envelopes; we note especially a diagonal bisect of a 2¢ #84 used as 1¢ along with a 10¢ #87 and a 12¢ 88 to make U.P.S.S. # a 25 rate on a 2¢ entire, manuscript note stating there were no 1¢ stamps for sale. A great lot.
