Issues from 1851 to 1893 are represented but consists mostly of 3¢ 1861-67s and 3¢ Bank Notes, not the usual "schlock" assortment of numerals and letters but lots of pictorials and beautiful strikes. Truly must be seen to be appreciated.

U.S. Mint Errors and Freaks Balance, group of 35 pieces in glassine and on old auction lot sheets, including. singles, multiples and booklet panes with a nice range of varieties such as imperforate coil singles, color/perf shifts and miscut booklet panes, some with large percentages of plate numbers. Perhaps the most unusual is a 2¢ Yorktown #703 with a quite large (for the issue) vignette shift upwards into the frame, F-VF, a small but attractive lot.
