Germany powerful twentieth century cover collection, about 160 covers, mainly post-war, loaded with so many highlights that it's impossible to list them all. For Berlin we have the 1M-5M Black overprints (#14-17) on four matched registered covers (Mi. €16.000/$19,780), two identical registered covers bearing the 2M & 5M black overprints (#18,20) with 100th Day of the Airbridge cachet, both with certificates (Mi. €10.650/$13,160 each), the 3M black overprint (#19) on a similar cover with cert. (Mi. €4.000/$4,940), and an oversize cover with complete 1949 issues (#9N21-67 & 9NB1-3) tied by stamp centenary cancels, Jan. 1, 1950. Michel's price for this is €2.500/$3,080 just as used singles!
