Australia British Commonwealth Occupation of Japan collection, fabulous collection of hundreds of mint and used and loaded with covers to the 5s, starts with type I & II overprint proofs, seven proofs including three red or gold, then a massive amount of the lower values in singles, blocks, part sheets and sheets inclduing 1st and 2nd printings, huge amount of errors and varieties with overprint flaws, perf types, block and single of 1d with blue experimental overprint, shilling values include blocks and singles with the same overprint flaws, different settings, 5s with 11 mint and 9 used including blocks and thin paper, finally there are 43 covers including five to the 5s, except for a little toning on several covers, condition is overall F-VF, definitely the best lot from this area that we ever handled.

Canada 1852-1996, Outstanding collection in two Minkus albums and three large stockbooks. Starts with two used 1852 3p Beavers then used 1859 Issue and Large Queens. From there on everything is mint #45 and 47, Jubilees to the 50¢ (many XF), Maple Leafs and Numerals complete (10¢ Numeral NH), KEVII to the 10¢ the Admirals complete (mostly NH) and the Admiral perf and sideways coils complete in NH pairs. Going forward from this point virtually everything is here and 99.9% of it is NH. In addition you will find complete Special Deliveries and O.H.M.S. overprints (all but E1 are NH) plus some O.H.M.S. perfins and some Semi-Official Airs. The stockbooks contain an excellent selection of MNH booklet panes (including #107f) as well as several $100 face vale in modern plate blocks and miniature sheets. All-in-all, a spectacular start on a quality Canada collection.
