Certificates graded 85 and higher, with a total SMQ value of over $10,000 plus over 100 with lower grades or non-graded with P.F. Certificates— Scott retail for this group is $17,000, there are some slight disclaimers on some certificates but overall this is a highly useful lot that should be examined.

Certificate ex. Sampson, C13-15— 65¢ block of four, $1.30, $2.60, singles on matching round trip covers with hand painted Graf Zeppelin address boxes, plus another set of singles on separate cards or cover and C14 pair on round trip cover, plate blocks are highlighted by #620-21 latter never hinged, C1-6 (C3 never hinged), C18, etc., majority of the plate blocks are lightly hinged and well centered, a nice lot that should be viewed.
