New York, N.Y., 1845, 5¢ black on bluish (9X1), position 37, huge margins to ample at right, including a bit of adjacent stamp at top, intense color and impression, cancelled by light manuscript, red "Paid" in arc handstamp and matching "New-York 10 Jul 5 cts." c.d.s on 1846 folded letter to Philadelphia Pa. Very Fine and choice usage.
