Holding of 23 plate blocks precanceled Columbus, Ohio, comprises 5¢ (9), 6¢ (5), 7¢ (2), 8¢ (1), 10¢ (4) and 20¢ (2); all different numbers or positions; "unused" with full o.g., LH with a few having light gum thins, F-VF and very scarce. Scott value as mint, hinged is $4,530. precanceled Philadelphia, Pa., includes both shades of the 12¢ full o.g., never hinged. F.-V.F.
