1924, 5¢ Huguenot-Walloon, "broken circle" plate flaw (616 var.), upper right corner margin mint single, near perfect centering, gorgeous color, never hinged original gum, fresh Extremely Fine, a choice example of this scarce plate flaw, and undergraded in our opinion. Plate flaw not priced by SMQ.
