Special Delivery, 1902, 10¢ ultramarine (E6 var.), bottom plate no. 5244-09 single, from the 1909 printing when the stamps were re-issued, bright color, fresh oh with hinge remnants, F.-V.F. unpriced in SMQ.

Expertization: 2007 PSE Certificate graded F 70.

The re-issue stamps are indistinguishable from the originals other than by the presence of a plate number. Positively identifiable singles are therefore quite scarce.
