Ohio from Chagres, Columbia to New York, "30" rate handstamp in red, manuscript. "2/3" and "4½" due, Queenston U.C. postmark at lower left; edge wear, still Fine, rare usage with probably less than ten examples of the "PANAMA" handstamp known.
