Philippines Collection, 1899-1945, Valuable balance of an outstanding mint collection on Scott Specialty Album pages; literally complete up to the "Victory" handstamps, i.e. #212-462, plus such highlights as #463 (used), 467, 469-75, 477, 481, C1-6, C9-13, C17, J1-7, O38, etc., including some nice Japanese occupation. As far as condition goes, there may be a few tiny flaws, but by and large, just everything is OG, F-VF, including nearly all of the better stamps. A terrific lot. Scott value is over $17,000.
