[Massachusetts] 1787 List of Auction Results of Items Sold, four pages, one leaf folded, 8" x 12½", January 31, 1787, a very early "Prices Realized," of over 150 items, the property of a Ms. Sarah Gould, deceased, of Topsfield (Mass), listed individually, with the price realized in pounds, shillings, and pence, the best two items being a feather bed with pillows and a gold bracelet, which together realized nearly £5, of the £21.10.1¼ total sales, other items include pots and pans, articles of clothing, tablecloths and utensils, etc., light overall toning and light stains and some splitting at folds. Very Good, a fine glimpse into the property of an 18th Century woman.

Rhode Island Early Partly Printed Documents, a pair of sheriff's summons, the first dated May 15, 1775, and the latter November 27, 1783, virtually identical in the printed portion, and both signed by the same Justice of the Peace, however, the documents differ in that the first is headed "George the Third…" and states "His Majesty's Gaol" and "in the fifteenth year of His Majesty's Reigns", whereas the latter is headed "The Governor and Company of the State of Rhode Island…", states "Our Gaol," and finishes with "in the eighth year of American Independence". Fine pair.
