1851, 1¢ blue, type Ib (5A), two singles (positions 4 & 5R1E) used with a 1¢ type II (7), position 2R1EE, overlapped (pos. 2-4-5, types II-Ib-Ib) and tied together on an 1852 folded letter from Slatersville to Providence R.I. postmarked clear "Prov. & Wor. R.R." c.d.s.; all have partial top sheet margins, the two left stamps (types II, Ib) F-VF, a vertical file fold passes through the right type Ib and ends in a tear. An exceedingly rare a quite attractive franking.

1852, 3¢ dull red, type II (11A), lower left corner margin single with huge margins, cancelled by manuscript "X" and tied by sharp "Greenville Mich. 12 Aug" c.d.s. on buff cover to Livonia, N.Y., 1863 docketing at left; tiny, insignificant corner crease at upper left, Very Fine.

1855, 10¢ green, type IV (two) & type III (16, 16, 15), horizontal strip of three, positions 64-66L, left stamp recut top and bottom, center stamp recut at top, mostly large margins, just in at left, tied by Albany N.Y. c.d.s.s on cover to Grätz, Austria, also tied by red "New 7 York/ Paid" exchange office c.d.s., with red "Paid" and Aachen transit handstamps, backstamped Grätz; minor edge wear, Very Fine.
