1893 Columbian large die proofs (230P1-245P1), the complete set die-sunk on 226 x 150 mm cards with imprints and die numbers; all with toning, mostly on the cards but slightly affecting some of the proofs including the $1-$4 values, card of the $5 has a nicked corner; otherwise a Very Fine set and said to be one of only six sets made in this form.

Accompanied by a handwritten presentation note from Postmaster General William L. Wilson on a PMG note card dated Feb 26, 1897.
