1903, 5¢ Lincoln Frame Drawing (304-E3), ink drawing (not pencil as stated in Scott) on onion skin paper measuring 142 x 128 mm by Bureau designer Raymond Ostrander Smith; this was the first design of the frame for the 5¢ the partly nude figures flanking the vignette are fully draped figures in the adopted design; some minor ink erosion, Very Fine and unique.
