Also includes photostatic copy of the P.O.D. letter of transmittal sent with the cover to the Wooster Postmaster re its delivery to the addressee.

The grounded plane stamps come from portions of three sheets, the qualifying factor being that the wheels of the plane break through the top of "cents". In this stamp, the wheels well down into "cents".
