AN EXCEPTIONAL EXAMPLE OF THIS CLASSIC RARITY, BEING ONE OF THE FINEST, IF NOT THE FINEST, ORIGINAL GUM EXAMPLES EXTANT.
Some authorities state that the 2½d imperforate, which was never placed in use, exists only ungummed, but a handful of examples exist with gum that is considered "original". The Unitrade Catalogue adds a premium of 150% for such examples.
