THE 3¢ RE-ISSUE IS THE MOST DIFFICULT VALUE OF THE SET TO FIND WELL CENTERED; GIVEN THE ADDED QUALITIES OF EXCELLENT COLOR AND FRESHNESS, THIS EXAMPLE IS SURELY AMONG THE FINEST EXTANT.

Expertization: 2000, 2006 PF and 2005 PSE Certificates, the last graded VF-XF 85.

To date, this is the only example to receive a PSE VF-XF 85 with just three examples grading higher, the best of those being a 95.
