Collector's Stockbook with Better Mint, Generally 1890-1930, includes #3 & 4, group of dollar-value Bureaus (including 3 of the $5), a plate number strip of 5 of #274, 1902 issue complete less the 6¢ several better 50¢ and $1 Washington-Franklins, 2 sets of Zepps, etc. Condition is quite nice overall, some regums, plenty OG, centering above average. Worth a close look.
