1861, 3¢ rose (65), bottom margin imprint & plate no. 33 block of 8. Exceptionally fresh, bright, well centered, and solid. Full o.g. which in our opinion is never hinged, but on which the Philatelic foundation has ruled 6 stamps are hinged. Very Fine.
