1901, 10¢ Pan-American (299), bottom margin imprint & plate no. block of 6. Fresh, bright and incredibly well centered. O.g., very lightly hinged. Light natural paper wrinkle in selvage and just into lower right stamp, slight perf strengthening. Still Extremely Fine and choice- as close to perfectly centered as any 10¢ Pan-American plate block we have seen.
