A few sheets with missing perforations were rouletted by order of the San Francisco postmaster and sold over the counter during the normal course of business. Very few survived.

1904, 10¢ Louisiana Purchase (327), bottom margin imprint & plate no. block of 6. Wonderfully fresh and absolutely perfectly centered with flawless, never hinged original gum. Single internal perf separation, mentioned only for strict accuracy, still. An Extremely Fine gem.
