Tiny natural inclusion in selvage. Extremely Fine, a beautiful wide top plate block with the scarce large 5 point star.

1923, 2¢ carmine, rotary coil waste (595), top plate no. 14766 and star block of four, original gum, lightly hinged at top only, bottom stamps never hinged, beautifully centered for the 2¢ perf 11 coil waste issue and without the straight edge at left present in most examples. Light crease upper left stamp (not mentioned in cert). Otherwise bright and fresh Very Fine, we have not seen a better centered non-straight edge plate block.
