1847, 5¢ orange brown with stitch watermark (1b), original gum, ample to large margins all around, bright true shade and a clear horizontal watermark. Light vertical creases. Handsome Very Fine appearance, an exceedingly rare mint example of the 5¢ 1847 in the orange brown shade, and most certainly unique with the stitch watermark.
