France, 1853, Napoleon III imperforate, 10c bister on yellowish, type I (14), 14 tied on 1855 folded letter sheet to Paris, forwarded to London, GB1P (11) tied, paying forwarding fees, two nearly complete "Forwarded by Baring Brothers" ovals and transit markings on reverse, contents concern Navel Ordinance, F-VF. Yvert 13.
