Greece, 1875 (June 14) folded letter from Odessa to Athens, bearing 5kop (4) cancelled by c.d.s. with Postage Due 40lep cancelled "1" on arrival, lower back panel missing and 40lep has small tear; although prepaid under the General Postal Union rate schedule, the letter arrived on June 28, which was three days before the July 1, 1875 date for reciprocity and was, therefore, treated as unpaid.
