Italian Offices in Salonika, 1913 mourning cover from Catania to Salonica (Oct. 10), bearing Express 30c uncancelled since the express stamp was not valid for normal postage, showing unframed "T" handstamp adjacent over which Postage Due 20c strip of three and pair applied on arrival and tied by "Salonicco/Uff. Postali Italiano" squared circle d.s., the letter and charges refused and subsequently readdressed "al mittente Catania", most interesting usage.
