France & Colonies Collection, Impressive collection in five volumes of Scott Specialty album pages (no binders). France runs to 1964 and includes Offices Abroad, colonies are all pre-independence. Mainly mint and including very little 19th century. Thre are a few noticeable gaps like the better French Airmails and the St. Pierre overprints, but otherwise pretty comprehensive and loaded with $50-$300 sets and singles. Condition is generally F-VF across the board. A terrific starter collection and much more.
