Bulgaria, 1893 (May 4) cover from Vidin to Rustchuk, posted unfranked, Postage Due large lozenge compound perf. 5½-6½ x 11½ 25st lake (Michel 2C, 7) and perf. 11½ 5st orange tied by arrival c.d.s., showing circular "T" handstamp adjacent, the 25st has trivial toned spot in margin, nevertheless Very Fine and handsome, a Postage Due rarity- 50 stamps with the compound perfs issued and only three covers bearing this stamp have been recorded; also 1893 cover from Varna to Chuven bearing imperf. "30" on 50st (J13) tied by arrival c.d.s.
