France, 1895 (Jan. 10) cover (seal of President of Nicaragua on reverse) from Managua to Paris via Corinto, bearing "Franqueo Oficial" overprint. in blue on 10c green cancelled at Corinto and Postage Due 1f maroon (Cérès T25) cancelled by triangular handstamp and showing matching "T" handstamp applied in France contrary to UPU regulations, as well as "Paris/Depart" c.d.s. (Feb. 12) in blue, according to Mr. Gough the first day of use of the Nicaragua official and one of only four covers recorded with the 1 franc Due of the 1884 issue.
