Niger, 1948 (May 16) cover from Zinder to Tahoua, bearing 10c and 1f40 applied at origin with triangular "T" handstamp adjacent and on reverse Postage Due "Territoire / du Niger" overprint on 10c rose (Cérès T2) block of fifteen with sheet margins at sides showing plate number "1" cancelled by "Tahoua/Niger" c.d.s. (May 21), spectacular and very rare multiple on cover.
