Nossi-Bé 1891 (Sept. 16) cover to Nossi Bé bearing "Nossi-Bé / chiffre-taxe / à percevoir" surcharges "0.30" on 2c brown lilac variety surcharge inverted (Cérès T2a) and "0.35" on 4c brown violet (Cérès T4) tied by "Nossi-Be" c.d.s., showing triangular "T" handstamp adjacent, the envelope has a few faults, the stamps are perfect and very rare- the 30c had a printing of 300 (50 with inverted surcharge) and the 35c a printing of 250.
