Turkey, 1864 (c.) cover from Ayas to Istanbul, bearing Toughra Postage Due 1pi black on red brown and 2pi black on brown, both of excellent color and with large even margins, tied by Battal, flap missing, very fine 3 piastres rate franking from a small office which did not have stamps and therefore no penalty charged.
