Hong Kong, 1939 (Nov. 20) cover to Manila (Nov. 24-Jan. 31, 1940) returned to Hong Kong (Feb. 7, 1940), bearing Jubilee 5¢ and King George VI 1¢ cancelled at Victoria, unframed "Postage Due 16 cvos." straight-line handstamp in violet, various Rebuts, advertised, unclaimed, and Dead Letter Office markings for Manila, and eventually with "Returned Letter" label attached, showing "Returned Letter Office/ Hong Kong" c.d.s. with Postage Due 4¢ pair and 10¢ strip of three cancelled by "Victoria/Hong Kong" c.d.s., slight aging.
