New Zealand, 1900 (Feb. 6) "On Public Service" cover (embossed seal of "Post and Telegraph Dept./New Zealand" on flap), probably containing receipt for Postage Due, bearing Postage Due ½d pair, 2d, 6d, and 1/- (S.G. D3, D7, D9, D15) boldly tied by "NZ/Bluff" c.d.s., envelope has vertical filing fold, Extremely Fine and a wonderful franking, believed to be the only known example of the 1/- known on cover and one of two covers with the 6d.
