Chinese Local Posts, 1896 (Feb. 7) native wrapper, bearing Chinkiang "Postage Due" overprint on ½c pair cancelled by oval "To Pay" handstamp with "Chinkiang/Postal Service" c.d.s. on reverse; and 1896 (May 13) red band cover bearing Shanghai Postage Due 10c cancelled by "Local Post/Shanghai" circular handstamp with framed "To Pay" handstamp adjacent and its c.d.s. in blue on reverse, opened out on one side.
