Korea, 1904 (Feb. 25) Post Office Department Dead Letter Office official printed cover from Washington to Seoul, bearing on reverse Falcon 10c blue vertical pair cancelled by small octagonal "T" handstamp with "Chemulpo/Coree" transit c.d.s. alongside, front shows "Notice of Parcel/detained in/Dead Letter Office./Collect Postage." handstamp in violet and "25/ctms." Due handstamp, one stamp crossed by light filing fold, highly unusual usage.
