Chile, 1895 (Jan. 10) cover from Valparaiso to Limache, bearing Postage Due first permanent issue 20c red on yellow tied by framed "Multada" handstamp, very early use, and 1898 (Jan. 2) telegram envelope used locally in Santiago with Postage Due 4c red (only eight examples recorded on cover) cancelled by c.d.s., few small cover faults, scarce pair of covers.
