Canada, 3¢ dark rose on thick blotting paper (Unitrade 37i), block of four. Well centered, neat target cancels and characteristic uncleared perf disks, bottom perfs partly clipped. Otherwise fresh and Very Fine. The only recorded block of four of this scarce paper variety.
