China (People's Republic), 1968 Whole Country is Red (999A), fresh colors, portion of cancel at bottom right. Typical minor (mostly perf) faults. Still a Very Fine example of this rare issue. The stamp was issued in Canton but was quickly withdrawn for political reasons as it shows Taiwan in white instead of red.
