WORLDWIDE COLLECTION TO 1940, Many thousands of mint and used stamps in a 2-volume Scott International Part 1 album. This is the modern "abridged" version of the album, which doesn't include spaces for complete sets of definitives; accordingly there are almost no high values present. What you will find is lots and lots of elusive lower values with plenty of stamps cataloging $5-$10 and more. There is strength in British Empire (Also includes a few hundred copies of Great Britain 1d #33 for plating) and Latin America, while countries such as Austria, Belgium, France, and Germany are not included at all (though their states and colonies are). Also, there's very little in the way of 19th century, which means condition, overall, is not a problem. A nice lot for a general collector.
