1847, 10¢ black (2), large margins on three sides, in at top left corner, tied by two strikes, blue seven bar grid, matching "Brownsville Txs. Jul 10" c.d.s., on 1850 (4 July) folded letter from Laredo to St. Louis, long vertical scissors cut into design at left and a vertical filing crease also crosses the stamp, still Fine attractive appearance for this extremely rare usage.
