1847, 10¢ black (2), large margins at sides, clear top and bottom, fine impression, tied by black "10" rate handstamp, matching "Kenosha Wis. Mar. 13" c.d.s. and "Paid" handstamp, on embossed lady's envelope to Cabot, Vermont, Paid deleted in pen, friendship label on flap; cover with small closed tears at right edge, stamp creased vertically before use and small toned spot in right margin, Very Fine appearance.
