1847, 5¢ brown (1), large margins to clear at right, just in at top, very fine impression, tied by bold "X" in pen, on buff envelope to Boston with pictorial crest at upper left showing shield with eagle, deer, etc., neat strike of red "Litchfield Ct. Jul. 20" c.d.s. below it, Fine, very attractive and rare.
