Ter., Jun 1, 1883" target duplex cancel on cover to the U.S. Indian Agent at Fort Simcoe, Wash. Terr., "Nisqually Indian Agency, Olympia, Wash. Ter" penalty indicia at upper right, "MISSENT." handstamp apparently applied at Ft. Simcoe with no other directions or marking, erased docketing seems to read "Was re'd June 13/83"; flap missing, minor edge flaws, right stamp missing perforations at top, otherwise Very Fine, double the 3¢ domestic rate.
