(according to original enclosure) to Timbuctoo, California showing Post Office/Arms/Victoria V.I." oval handstamp and "Paid" oval handstamp over which U.S. 3¢ dull red (26) has been applied and tied by "San Francisco Cal./Mar 12" c.d.s., a little soiled, Fine and rare usage.
