"paste-up" envelope to San Francisco, showing "Barnard's British Columbia/Express" double ring handstamp adjacent, vertical filing fold at right crosses stamp, and unaddressed side of "paste-up" Dietz & Nelsons British Columbia & Victoria Express, Barnard's Express Columbia Express Columbia River via Yale, B.C. and Wells Fargo frank U.S. 3¢ pink stationery envelope, small tear at top and missing stamp which would have been tied by the Barnard's Express and Wells, Fargo Victoria Express (complete strike alongside) handstamp.
